Here’s what you need:✔️

1 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 green apple
Handful of raisins
Handful of walnuts
150g chopped chicken breast
2 cilantro leaves

Note:

🔶 Mix all the ingredients well for best flavour.
🔶 A wheat bun can also be used in the same place.

Protein – 14g
Fats – 12g
Carbs – 24g
