Fried Salmon With Potato Salad!

Here’s what you need:✔️

400g indian salmon
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 lime
2 tbsp butter
4 – 5 garlic cloves
Handful of thyme leaves
1/2 cup zucchini 
1 cup small corn & asparagus
Handful of spring onion
1/2 bowl green peas & potato 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp bell peppers
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp tomato

Note:

🔶 Cook the fish well until it turns a light yellow color.
🔶 Add more pepper or salt depending on your taste.
