Cooking & baking with Ashley is back!!! I know how much you guys have missed the livestreams, so I thought I’d make this a series on my channel, starting with my favorite 5 ingredient banana bread! Comment down below what else you’d like to see me make, like, and SUBSCRIBE!!!
5 INGREDIENT HEALTHY BANANA BREAD
-3 medium ripe bananas
-2 eggs
-2 cups of rolled oats
-1/4 cup of honey, agave, or maple syrup
-1 tsp of baking soda
Optional Additions
-chocolate chips
-chopped walnuts
-butter, or peanut butter to serve
Add bananas, eggs, oats, sweetener, & baking soda to a blender or bowl. Mix or blend until only partial oat texture remains. Stir in additional add ins if desired. Pour into whatever greased pan you’d like. Bread pan, small. Cake sheet, muffin pan, etc. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until golden brown or toothpick inserted to middle comes out clean. Serve with butter, peanut butter, or honey if desired.
