Chickpea & Chorizo Salad!

Here’s what you need: ✔️

250g chickpeas
2 cups of bell peppers
1/2 cup of cucumber 
1/2 cup of tomatoes
200g chicken sausages
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/2 lime
A couple of lettuce leaves (depending on how many you are making)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder

Note:

🔶 The chicken sausages can be replaced with chicken pieces as well or even fried paneer to make a vegetarian dish.

Protein – 10g
Fats – 8g
